1. How can I change my password?

Your e-mail address can be changed only by making a request to our team from the email address that is currently used for your account.

3. Do you provide support in setting up campaigns?
If you happen to have any questions, feel free to contact our team via email. Our managers will be happy to help you with any issues that you might have, including deposit methods, ad formats, designs, or campaign management.

4. Do you provide assistance with asset design?
No, but our team will be happy to help you choose the most appropriate ad format for you.

5. What is a pinned comment.
A pinned comment is a comment written by the content creator and pinned to the top of the discussion. This is the first thing the viewer will see when watching the video.

6. What size of the video may I upload.
You can upload videos of not more than xxMB or 30 secs. Long

7. Where will my ads be shown.
Your ads will be shown in the beginning of the video. The content creators inset ads in the first 30% of the video.

8. How do you select the content creator for me?
Our algorithms rely on your targeting settings when allocating your ads among content creators. We compare the number of video views, subscribers, audience interests, engagement level, countries of where the views come from and many other factors, so be sure that your ads will be reach your target audience.

9. What currencies are accepted?
You may deposit in any currency you like. We accept payments with credit cards, bank transfers as well as Paypal payments.

10. What is the minimum starting budget?
The minimum starting budget depends on your targeting settings. The price of the ad placement depends on the number of channel subscribers and geo settings, it also strongly correlates with the channel topic.

11. How much do the ads cost?
The minimum price per ad starts with xx USD. The price may vary if you choose different targeting settings.

12. How can I pay for ads?
As long as your campaign is approved by our team, you will receive a notification and you will be able to pay when you login to your account and go to the campaign section

13. What happens after I pay for my ad campaign?
As soon as you pay for the campaign our algorithms find a perfect content creator to meet your needs. After the content creator accepts your ad campaign he has 5 days to prepare a video with your ad.

14. How do I know that my ad is live?
When the content creator posts a new video with your ad you receive a notification with the link to the video. If you login into your dashboard you will be able to track the performance of the campaign, I.e see clicks, views, reactions of the audience etc.

15. Any refund for low conversion rates?
Adhub provides its users the service of ad placement, by means of which they can increase awareness about their product or service. Adhub is not responsible for the interest of an audience in the advertised product or service. Therefore, there is no refund for low conversion rates.

16. What should I do if I need an advertisement to be posted on a particular day?
In case there is a strict deadline for the ad campaign, please specify this in your targeting settings when setting up an ad campaign. However, please bear in mind that the period for the deadline should be not less than 7 working days.

17. How long does it take to approve my ads?
After submission, your assets will be approved within several hours. However, during weekends or holidays, it may take up to 24 hours.

18. Why was my ad rejected?
An ad is rejected when it contains any prohibited content or major mistakes in text / URL. If your ad is rejected you will be notified on the reasons for the rejection. More details on the requirements for the ads can be found in the Terms and Conditions.
